We uphold three fundamental principles: Respect and Inclusivity - We respect diversity across race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, and religion. Zero Tolerance for Harassment and Discrimination. Support and Confidentiality - We provide confidential reporting mechanisms.

We provide confidential reporting mechanisms, handle violations through a structured process, lead in fostering diversity and inclusion at CBS, and support and grow with our students.

Incident Procedure
When reports are received, we follow this process: 1. Receive and document the report, 2. Obtain consent for handling from the reporting party, 3. Address the situation focusing on the experienced circumstances, 4. Potentially consult CBS decision-makers when appropriate.

This policy is reviewed annually, open to member feedback, and adaptable to evolving institutional needs.
